Recently I’ve been taking extra good care of my face. I’ve been putting warm washcloths on twice for ten minutes a day. Exfoliating once a week. And taking vitamins.
I have noticed an improvement in my deep under the skin acne. The only problem is now, I have a whole bunch of black heads just popping up.
What should I do?
Also How can I control my stress, because it gives me that deep acne.

My bf has horrible cystic body acne. What is the best way to cure that besides the obvious try to keep those areas suseptable to it extra clean of oils and all. That helps but isn’t the cure.

I have cystic acne on my back. I developed this when I was in high school and I used accutane to stop it. For some reason it returned not as bad but it’s there.

I have a red pimp on the side of my nose, at first i was just hard and small now its big and red..i think its a cystic acne or something like that thought i was ready to pop so i squeezed it early. Now it still red and swollen…so my question is first what is it and second is there any home remedies that i can use to remove this before thursday evening.

My doctor thinks I might have Lupus because I have some of the symptoms
but I looked up Lupus and it doesn’t mention Acne only skin rashes I thought maybe it didn’t mention acne because it’s not that common with Lupus. Does anyone know someone with Lupus and are they getting Cystic acne form it?

help me, my face is swelling, red and painfull. I never seen my face look like this. I did visit the doctor and she gave me a pill and cream, she said it will take about two weeks to get better. I have never had cystic acne…But Im just asking if there is any possibility that Im gonna develop it because I know it would get worst before better…

I have cystic acne that I’ve battled with for years.
My family can’t afford a dermatologist so we jsut stick with the doctor but we only go whenever I have a seirous problem or a check up.
I’ve tried soo much natural & from the drugstore & I do take care of my skin.
Help! 
I have an oily T-zone with pimples just in my T-zone.

I’ve tried everything for cystic acne except estrongen-dominant birth control pills and Accutane, the latter which I refuse to try because my cousin had such a horrible experience with it.
I’ve gone the homeopathic route now. I’m taking two capsules of apple cider vingear three times a day and also putting the ACV on my face, back and chest directly in the morning and at night after washing.
I am cutting out dairy, too. Is there anything else I should be doing?
